Maker Faire

Our first journal entry! What a treat for you! It will be full of fascinating information of delight!

Hrm, so. Anyways, the crew of the Chronabelle (unspecified members, that is), will be attending the Maker Faire in San Mateo, May 3-4. We'd love to run into other steampunks, so keep an eye out for us. Here's a link to the Maker Faire website if you haven't purchased your tickets yet: [link]

Interesting Events Occurring at the Maker Faire:
- A performance by Abney Park (Who are not, in fact, the ONLY airship pirates, but we still love them)
- The appearance of some of the editors from Steampunk Magazine
- Amazing creations by Makers from across the country

That would be a most delightful event to attend but it is on the coast opposite mine own. Projects created by makers can be quite splendiferous. Also, I do believe the dates are May 3-4. Hope your crew makes plenty enough merriment for those of us on this coast too. :P

You are far too accommodating. Although, as desperate as I am to spend time with you all before you LEAVE me, I might just take you up on that offer. :) I actually think my prom outfit is fairly steam-punk-esque. Well, at least it is Victorian. I just have to make myself a ray gun...
