Artist's Comments

Grand Duchess, Lady Almira, Maurice, and Lady Kodak visit Neverwas Haul ([link]), and have a few photos taken from their balcony. From the Maker Faire, 2008.

A great big thanks to the crew of Neverwas Haul for taking these photos and allowing us to see their fantastic home.

Neverwas was really really neat. What a treat! (My first time seeing it.)

Also, it was nice to say hi (briefly). I was the geeky gal with the really long hair and the bowler hat (Hanging out with the extremely tall blonde gent.)

Keep posting photos! They are always enjoyable.

*blushes* Thank you so much.
I'm excited to start a steampunk style costume of my own. I'm literally two small seams away from finishing my first corset. Now I need to make things to go with.

I made a belt from japanese chain maille that is in the shape of tails (like from a tailed coat), but it is silver colored. I'd debating if it should end up in the costume or not. *laughs* Regardless, it was fun to make.

Anyway, I'm babbling. Thanks again for the inspiration!
